"AVA" 
This solid wood dresser had some beautiful wood grain. The drawer fronts and side panels were stripped and stained a rich brown to showcase the different wood tones and patterns. The remainder of the dresser was hand painted in a soft blue/grey colour. An image transfer of wildflowers was added across the bottom drawers showcasing various pinks and blues as well as some simple vines climbing up the sides.
 
Simple, silver drawer pulls were used to not distract from the beautiful floral prints. All of the drawers were refreshed with a good cleaning and sanding. The wood drawers were left original after they were cleaned, sanded and conditioned. The wood glides were waxed for easy opening and closing. The exteriours of the drawers were stamped with a handwritten scripted letter stamp.
 
The drawers on this piece are large and very deep making this a versatile storage piece - perfect for diapers and receiving blankets in a nursery, extra blankets and towels in a guest room or for storing winter wear and puppy supplies in a front entryway.
